My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, talent strategy, organizational development, transformational change and executive coaching. I bring a systems-thinking perspective to the challenges organizations face, helping leaders step back to see the full picture, understand what is truly driving outcomes, and address issues at the root rather than treating symptoms.
Throughout my career, I have led large-scale culture and leadership transformations, including designing leadership onboarding and development programs, building internal coaching capabilities, re-imagining talent strategies and guiding organizations through significant culture change. My background spans learning and development, talent management, organizational design, and executive coaching, which allows me to approach performance from both the human and systemic lens.
I have worked with leaders across the globe, across business functions and across industries ranging from Public Utilities, ecommerce and Cyber Security. I enjoy helping these leaders build cultures where strong results and strong people reinforce each other rather than compete.
I care deeply about work that honors both results and the person. I believe people should not have to sacrifice themselves to succeed, and organizations should not have to sacrifice their people in order to grow.
Over the next decade, my aim is to continue evolving how leaders and organizations elevate people, performance, and possibility, both inside and beyond the workplace.
